Henry Davies

Henry is a transformational leadership and team development coach. 
Specialising in people and performance development, he has helped design and facilitate programmes for Kier Group, Galliford Try, Marlowe plc and the NHS. ​Henry spent 17 years working as a helicopter pilot in the Royal Navy, mastering a wide range of leadership skills that translate to any professional setting. 

He’s worked in the coaching arena since 2017, supporting individuals, teams and organisations across almost every sector. Known for his compassionate and empowering approach, Henry helps individuals strengthen their sense of self, capability, resilience, confidence and ease. ​With his wealth of presence, experience and expertise, Henry guides others to become the leaders they aspire to be. He holds C&G PRA Graduateship in Leadership & Management.

In addition to his military background, Henry is an accomplished film director and military advisor for blockbuster films and, most recently, a Netflix TV series. He also taught Han Solo to 'fly' the Millennium Falcon in the movie 'Solo: A Star Wars Story'.
