Rich Howard 

Rich is an accomplished leadership expert and team performance coach. 

He served as a Royal Marines Officer for 13 years, leading troops in diverse hostile environments such as the Arctic, desert and jungle. Throughout his service, Rich fulfilled operational and strategic roles, including overseeing media and information operations and contributing to defence diplomacy efforts in Washington DC.

Rich specialises in creating innovative learning programmes for both team development and personal growth. He is adept at delivering high-impact training solutions, spanning from schools and colleges to national corporate teams. ​His coaching is focused on shifting mindsets and cultures to enable individuals and organisations to overcome their challenges and prepare for the future. With a highly engaging and energetic style, combined with his depth of knowledge and experience, Rich ensures that his sessions are consistently insightful, powerful and actionable. His qualifications include B Ed (Hons) in Outdoor Education, PG Cert in Leadership Studies and ILM  in Leadership & Management.
